Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Kankhal, Haridwar, a Non-Profit 190-bedded Charitable Community Hospital with State of Art diagnostic facilities has been established with the objective of providing quality health care at lowest feasible cost to all patients and to provide Services to all, Specially deserving persons from the lower socio-economic strata of the Society without any sort of discrimination.
Our vision
The vision of Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Kankhal, Haridwar is to render its services to all including the poor and the needy in a spirit of worship of God. This unique philosophy of service - Shiva Jnane Jiva Seva, serving God in living beings in a spirit of worship. This derives its inspiration from the experiences and philosophy of Sri Ramakrishna who said, "Can God be worshipped only through an image! He can be worshipped through all living beings as well".
Swami Vivekananda put into practice this philosophy of service which has become a form of Sadhana (spiritual practice) to uplift the person who renders service in this way.

The ideology of Ramakrishna Math & Mission outlined finds expression through our multifarious activities of the Mission whether it be educating students at a school (or) nursing patients in a medical facility—are considered different forms of a single act of worship. All these activities are conducted as service, service to God in man.
